Is your unit unresponsive after a failed firmware update? You will notice that upon pressing the power button, all the LED lights will flash once and eventually go off.
The Genie II Pan Tilt is basically stuck in factory mode.
To fix this -
1) Perform a factory reset on the unit by pressing and holding down the power button for 20 secs and then releasing it. A series of lights will flash once, indicating the device has been reset to factory defaults
2) Launch the app > Connection screen > Select the device > Update firmware. Click here to troubleshoot firmware update issues
3) If the unit does not show up on the app, we suggest using an alternate phone/ Tablet/ iPad to test. Please contact support in case of issues.
